Get planning permission for on 3mio. sq.ft. project after two other architectural practices had tried for 6 years, including upmarket housing, retail a music library for Trinity College and an extension of the LABAN Dance Centre in Greenwich & Lewisham, London, England.
Making a design taking into consideration the demands of two opposing London counsils, as part of a two person team, maximing use of the buildable area, including required affordable housing, the tidal waters of Deptford Creek, heritage protected views from Greenwich Observatory, and protecting and complementing in the designs the very fragile facade of The LABAN Dance Centre by Hertzog and DeMeuron next door, succesfully getting planning permission inside of 10 months.
