Challenge:
Design a spa with individual treatment pavilions, to be built on the beach, ajoining an existing luxury resort in Bali, Indonesia.
Solution:
Together with and as part of the Manasara team, went to Bali and documented the site. Designed and planned out a luxury spa in 3D with Dir. Tom Nursey, that adhere to the landscape and existing hotel design language, consisting of individual pavilions for private treatments, placed in a jungle ravine, accessible via a new mountain road and the volcanic beach, making the jungle location part of the overall spa experience.
