Challenge:
Complete new facade build in 5½ weeks and oversee 4th floor interior build before opening day for Magasin Department Store in Odense, Denmark.
Solution:
Take charge of organizing and scheduling all contractors and drafts people, make sure that all deadlines are delivered and regulations upheld. Liasing with Chanel’s interior designer about permanent window display and provide design solutions for main entrance.
